I've had a break from art for a while, finally started to get creating again and the first images i draw looked like they should be on shampoo bottles, so that's what I did! here they are.

.Calender.
The time has come yet again to think of idea's for a calender, this year I've come up with two themes one of which is inspired by a nameless individual. The idea i have NOT shown here is slightly disturbed and may offend some people. This idea below is a calender based on my 'Hoodie' character in themes suited for each month either based on the weather or holidays which happen. These are just quick line drawings for the first four months (they are not in order) and they will continue to be digitally coloured later on.

.Slow.Progress.
The last few days I have been struggling with ideas to put in my 'This is not a sketchbook' sketchbook. Along with continuing to colour the image of 'cyanide slippers' nothing much has been happening in an art sense. These are the latest doodles in the book, very simple and I have yet to do more with them, they are a work in progress as are many other doodles in the book which all need to be coloured or something.

stages
I'm showing here the work in progress, it's very slowly coming together in stages by leyering up the colours and textures. This is the rough pencil sketch, the outlined drawing and the first leyer of pale colouring and texture. At the moment i'm working on adding more colour and highlights to make it bolder and brighter, all though I think it will look good pale.

..Cyanide.Slippers..
Just for the fun of it I thought I'd draw a CD cover or something like one, for a fake song. I've called this song Cyanide Slipper, it's meant to have a sort of sinister, dark but beautiful feel to the name. Before I had even started drawing this up I'd already been inspired to create a whole line of fake song jackets and may even write song lyrics if I get really bored. So yer, this is the pencil sketch for the Cyanide Slippers cover, I'm going to work over it in pen and then colour it digitally later on. Watch this space!
